At wearrara, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, just for you. As all our
garments are made-to-order, we do not offer returns. However, we’re here to ensure you
have the best experience possible.

Size Exchanges
Not the right fit? No problem—we offer a size exchange on eligible orders.

  • Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
  • You’ll need to ship the product back to us, and once we receive it, we’ll exchange it
    for the correct size or make the necessary adjustments.
  • If your preferred size isn’t available, we’ll issue you a store credit that can be used on
    any future purchase
  • For international orders, we cannot assist with size exchanges due to the high cost of shipping and customs duties, which makes it impractical. However, if you can have the garments delivered to us (with duties paid), we can accommodate a size exchange, but the customer will need to cover the shipping costs again. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologise if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—this is rare, but we’ll make it right.

  • Email us at wearrara01@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order
    number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Once approved, we’ll send you a free replacement as quickly as possible.
